Our Story - A Family Heritage of Flavour

Welcome to Three Olives, a place where every jar, bottle and slice of cheese tells a story of family, sunshine and good food.
Our journey began in Coolum Beach on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, inspired by our family’s heritage, deep love for Mediterranean cooking and the shared meals that bring people together.

The idea for Three Olives was born one evening over dinner with friends, overlooking the Brisbane River. Between laughter, good wine and shared plates, two family men of Cypriot heritage began dreaming about bringing the flavours they grew up with to their new home on the Sunshine Coast. What started as a simple conversation became a shared vision, to create a place where authentic world food from Greece, Spain, Cyprus and Italy could be enjoyed by the local community, and where the love of family, food and connection could come alive through every bite.

From fragrant olive oil to handmade pasta, delicate spices and rich cheeses, every product we choose comes from a place we know and love.
What started as a small family passion has grown into a destination for people who appreciate honest, authentic food that tastes like home.
